Class Date Exceptions

No class during Memorial weekend 05/22 - 05/25

(@) Sat Child Ballroom does not have classes on May 9 and 16.

(#) Sat Martial Arts I does not have class on 02/21 and 04/11 AM. S.M.B. is not available.

To Register:

1) Click here to download the registration form, print and fill it out.
2) If you are a new student, also click here to enter your info online.
3) If you are an existing student, you will receive an email to verify and update your info online.
4) Submit your signed registration form and payment check (payable to TCCDC) on your first class.
5) A Late Fee of $20 will be charged if the tuition payment is not submitted by the first day of group class.

TCCDC Policy

TCCDC reserves the right to change below policies upon Board approval without notice.

Class Location and Tuition:
*1-person and 2-person classes are held at Instructor’s residence only. If for some reason a studio is needed, student(s) also pay extra for studio rental.
*3-person class:  this class is held at instructor's residence or the studio, no other option. If this class is held at instructor's residence, the rate is $15 per hour per student; if this class is held at studio, then the rate will be $20per hour per student.
* All group classes (6+ students) are held at a studio. Studio fee is included in tuition.

Payment policy:
*Payment includes tuition and costume fee, if applicable.
*For group class, tuition is due on the first class of the term.
You may deduct any class you will not be attending at the first class only.
If you cannot attend a class you can make up the class on a different class day.
If you miss a class and do not make it up. No refunds will be given.
*For Private class, tuition is paid monthly, due the first class of the month.
        If arranged before session starts, the attending students collectively pay the full amount
If not arranged before session starts, the non-attending student still pays the class fee but can arrange makeup class in another comparable group class.
*Late tuition payment will incur a non-negotiable late fee - $20.

Group Class Payment Plan:
*Payment can be made by one or two personal checks submitted on the due date.
*If paying by two checks, half is payable on due date; the other half is payable on a date around mid term.

Costume Fee:
*$30 for all students per term.
*The charge will be applied even if you are not involved in any performances.
*Students who have multiple performances will be charged an extra costume fee.
*Students taking more than one classes only pay once.
*Costume is TCCDC property.

Class Eligibility:
*Private lesson or advance lesson is only offered to the student who is also taking group class on regular basis.
